GST & Invoicing

MillionViews is a GST-registered platform operated by Deepneurons AI Pvt. Ltd. Every transaction on our platform generates a fully compliant GST invoice that you can download directly from your dashboard.

1. GST Applicability

• GST @ 18% is levied on the platform fee for all transactions.
• The escrow amount itself (campaign budget held for creators) is not subject to GST — only the service/platform fee is taxed.
• For brands registered under GST, the tax paid is eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC), making it a zero net cost.
• For intra-state transactions, CGST + SGST is applied. For inter-state, IGST is applied.

2. Downloading Your Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated for every funded campaign. To download:

1. Log in to your brand dashboard.
2. Go to Wallet → Recent Activity.
3. Click on the relevant campaign transaction.
4. Click "Download Invoice" — the PDF will include your GSTIN if provided.

📩 Invoices are also automatically emailed to your registered email address after each successful payment.

3. Adding Your GSTIN to Invoices

If you are a GST-registered business and want your GSTIN to appear on invoices:

1. Go to your Profile → Business Details.
2. Enter your 15-digit GSTIN and registered business name.
3. Save — all future invoices will automatically include your details.

For past invoices, email us at hello@deepneurons.ai with your Campaign ID and GSTIN, and we'll reissue them.

4. Creator Payouts & TDS

• Creator earnings are subject to TDS @ 10% (Section 194-J / 194-O) as per Indian Income Tax regulations.
• TDS certificates (Form 16A) are issued quarterly to creators.
• Creators earning above ₹20 lakh/year may need to register for GST and raise invoices to us.
