Refund Policy

At MillionViews, your money is protected by our escrow-backed guarantee. Funds are never paid to creators until verified views are delivered. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued.

1. Automatic Refunds (Goal Missed)

If a campaign deadline passes and the verified view target is not reached, a refund is triggered automatically:

• If 0% of the goal is reached, 100% of the escrow amount is refunded.
• If a partial goal is reached, only the prorated unused portion is refunded. You pay only for verified views delivered.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Manual Refund Requests

You may request a manual refund in the following situations:

• The campaign was funded but no creator was matched within 7 days of going live.
• There is a verified technical error on our platform that prevented the campaign from running.
• The campaign was created in duplicate by mistake, and no views have been served yet.

To raise a manual refund request, email us at hello@deepneurons.ai with your Campaign ID and the reason. Our team will review within 2 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Campaigns where the goal was fully met and views were verified.
• Campaigns cancelled by the brand after creators have already submitted content.
• Platform fees and GST charges (non-recoverable from payment gateways).

4. Refund Processing Time

• UPI / Net Banking: 3–5 business days
• Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
• Wallets: 1–3 business days
